Treasure Hunting Map ( Nifty ) - 4th Nov

Hello Pirates

Nifty has been seeing in the hands of the bears for many sessions, it took no time to fall from it highs as compared to the time taken to touch and make new highs for the year, this shows how hungry the bears are and the bulls need to recharge more to gain over the bears and make a new high for the year.

If we look at the position now, nifty was in over brought situation and all of a sudden now the situation is over sold, heavily over brought to heavily over sold zone, so a bounce back is expected but the weakness for tomorrows session is still intact, tomorrow the ball in the court of the bears and we are expecting a gap down and a session which would be a red session but the bulls might fight back badly and take over the game, lets see, the volatility would be at its peak tomorrow, so be careful.

If we look at the data today,

The Previous close - 4711.70

The Opening bell - 4712.25

This had also given a warning that the markets are gonna show some surprises and we are warning again and again to show the data, a data itself tells many things....

Treasure Hunting Map ( Nifty ) - 3 Nov

Hello Pirates

Nifty showed a lot of surprises for the week closing and massive sell of has been seen with volumes in the previous sessions we saw....

If we look at the data for the last session : -

Previous Close - 4750.55

Opening Bell - 4751.10

We have been getting to know this magic figures for many sessions and they have also shown there wonders, despite of Dow rally and Asian markets trading in green, we saw a fall of more then 300 points if we see from high to fall in Sensex and in the case of nifty more then 100 points were slipped in a blink of an eye and the major support at 4700 was broken.

Nifty is trading in over sold zone and is bearish, but this is a healthy correction for the market and a bounce back is expected soon, we are back at the levels which we use to trade few months back, after along time we have seen 4700 levels, we also remember all had said that 4700 has come and we are gonna see some deeper correction and what happen we made new highs for the year and all missed the rally, so investors can start investing in small quantities at every dip and sell in the rally which is gonna arrive.

Magic Levels for Long Side above 4803 - 4666 & Short Side below 4757 - 4620

Nifty has a testing day again for tomorrows session, keep eyes on the previous close value, opening value and the high low value, they are clear indicators for the market trend, expect a gap up opening as per the global markets are trading in green after a deep correction seen in the sessions and in the later half and the closing would be a note to decide upon, expecting a RED close so be careful in your trades, we would be making a new low as compared to the previous low so trade with strict stop loss.

Nifty has to close above 4820 levels to see some bounce back or we might see 4650 levels before a bounce back as per short cannot be taken at these levels which is quite risky, so big players would like to invest at a dip.
