Hi Friends
Nifty had broken 4350 levels many times, but on closing basis didn't close below 4350 levels and as said the levels were not broken and the fight between the bulls are the bears were again taken over, and in today's session we saw a clear break out above 4620 levels which was acting as a barrier for many trading sessions, and touched an high of 4656 and closed at 4642 in the end of the session.
As of now Dow is trading at 9560 levels, Europe was trading in green, Oil is trading at 74$ which is an all time high in the year 2009 since the starting.
Thus to cut it short if we see at the charts,
There is a buy zone around 4380 levels and a sell zone around 4730 levels, thus as we can see the expiry which is near to our bags, we saw some panic short covering which lead the pattern to change and a buy signal was generated and thus we saw an impressive session in today's session.
We might see some profit booking around 4730, we saw volumes in today's session, but if we are able to brake 4730 levels with volumes we can see a clear bull run and the fight between the bulls and the bears might end and we might get to see the control in the hands of the bulls and we can thus touch an high of 4900 levels soon.
As of now make a note at 4350 and 4730 levels, and for the hunting strategy for 25th August is : -
Buy nifty above 4650 - 4670 - 4687 - 4709 - 4730 SL - 4620
Sell below 4612 - 4590 - 4567 - 4530 - 4492 - 4470 SL - 4628
As per we are near to expiry we might see more of volatility, thus we advice you to trade in small quantity and trade with strict stop loss.
